I, somehow, laugh when I am asked about how do I keep healthy though my health life is like a roller coaster. There are few things that important for me to stay healthy. First, try to avoid dehydration by drinking water. It is really proven when my health life goes south, I drink much mineral water to stay fresh. Second, food balance. I think, a decision must be put front when you want to eat something, because what you eat will determine your physics. Third, sleeping enough. I think, 8-hour sleep is still the best choice because every tiredness will apart from you. In fact, this is distinctive to other because some people may fit to 5-hour sleep, but I prefer 8-hour sleep. In conclusion, three things is very important for me to keep healthy.
